    Back workout at home

Ive got a barbell and dumbells. The weights ive got is enough to feel it on barbell rows but have to do alot of reps to feel it on single arm rows.I was looking at the bars you can fit on the door frame but there wouldnt take my weight. Does anyone know any other exercises I can do for my back at home?

How much weight do you have?

If you have enough barbells and dumbells then you are on your way.

    Bbell rows
    Dbell rows
    Deadlifts
    modified Tbar Rows with Bbell
    ETC. ETC.

Just look up back exercises on google. I have my own free weights and get by just fine without a lot of fancy hammer strength machines.

What is that lbs, kgs? That's not really a lot of weight to train such a large muscle group.

    What are your stats?

I can't see how 93 lbs on a barbell and 38 lb dumbbells are going to work for deads and rows ect..

Agreed...and it sounds like you have adjustable Dbells...SUCK!

Buy more weights. Way I see it it is less expensive in the long run and you own everything.

Try putting together a makeshift chin-up bar. Example: If your in an unfinished basement, that would be easy. Or you could go through the drywall to a stud. Then you could get a chain and do some weighted chin-ups as well. Only thing i can come up with right now, but i'll let you know if anything else comes up.

I always love the advice of 'weighted chin-ups' to someone that likely is not even doing chin-ups now. You don't just start doing weighted chins one day...atleast not effectively.

Just get yourself more weight and start working up to heavy deads first.

If you can't buy more weight, you may want to consider GVT or some other high-volume routines.

I don't think pullovers were mentioned.
