Iron horse needs your opinions!!!!!!!!!
ok, I used to doing heavy lifting for bench and deadlifts. and do high reps for other things. this is just what i find work good for me.
my question is: how will i limit my self gains wise if i start doing 60% of my max of exercises? like doing 20 reps instead of 8?
I want to do this because of the strain on my body as it is. I work a very intense job with heavy lifting, long shifts, lots of moving around etc....
how does higher reps if performed to failure compare to few reps to failure!? is it significant?

Of course he had great genetics for size and was probably taking enough anabolics to juice up half of AR...
