Deads are a must, switch off with bb rows and T-bar rows. And don't forget your pullups.

deadlifts are the best way to strengthen your whole back, wide grip pull ups and t bars are also favorites of mine. i also like bent over rows and one arm dumbell rows.

Deadlift will deffinitly give you a good base... they are good at weeding out the less dedicated too

Compound movements like chins, pull-ups, barbell and t-bar rows are all good.

A favorite of mine for traps is lieing on an incline bench (at the highest angle - almost straight up and down) with your chest on the pad to do dumbell shrugs. Form is great and you get a good pump with by working off your lateral plane. Because traps are not on top of your shoulders... they are on top of your back.

nice trap exercise warrior Im gonna have to try that, just to hit something different for traps. i always do the same thing. they still get sore though so I guess its still working. and yes maximum effort deadlifts do weed out the undedicated

You honestly think someone with a 60" chest and 41" waist can execute even one rep of chins?
