    Unhappy Problem with bi,s please help

    Hey bros i need some help in figuring this out nobody i know can explain this to me. Whenever i do curls of any type i never get a burn in my biceps the only place i get a burn is in my shoulder i make sure they are back with my elbows out but nothing seems to work i even do concentrated curls and the same thing im getting real pissed ive tried everything please reply any suggestions our comments would be greatly appreciated

    elbows shouldn't be out...elbows should be tight up against the body. Picture yourself with a pin in your elbows holding your arms in place and only your forearms can move..understand what I am saying. When the elbows flair out you are recruiting other muscles to help you.

    Also make sure you slow your reps down.
