I am worried that I may be overtraining. I typically do 24 sets for back, 20 for chest, 12 for triceps, 16 to 20 for biceps , 20 for delts, 8 for traps, 12 for quads, 8 for hamstrings and 12 for calves.
My training cycle is
Sunday - Back, Tri's
Monday- Chest, Bi's
Tuesday - Quads, Hams, calves
Wed - Bi's, Tri's, Abs,
Thurs - Delts, Traps
Fri - OFF
Sat - OFF
Do you think that I am overtraining my whole body or just certain body parts, please help !
