    Please help, switching to full body routine.

    Workout 1 :

    Squats x 2
    Bench Press x 2
    Chins x 2
    Close Grip Bench Press x 1
    Bent Over Rows x 1
    Military DB Press x 2
    Abs x 2


    Workout 2 :

    High Rep Squats x 1
    Bench Press x 1
    Deadlifts x 2
    Military BB Press x 2
    Weighted Dips x 2
    Barbell Curls x 1
    Dumbell Shrugs x 1

    Done 4 days apart. I am not sure whether I'm doing too much or not. Please critique.

    I am a full body routine nutter .I like it has a good core lifts in it.
    No direct arm work and steady poundage progression will see you grow..
    Heavy squatting is too much twice a week for recovery. If you are on the gear though you might be able to do it. But if you are squatting natural and squatting properly the systematic fatigue is huge ! With almost no rest between excercises.

    Squats x 1 set of 20 foolowed straight away by light lying pulloversx20
    Bench Press x 2
    Chins x 2
    Bent Over Rows x 1
    Abs x 2


    Workout 2 :

    Deadlifts x 1 set of 15
    Military BB Press x 2
    Weighted Dips x 2
    Barbell Curls x 1
    Dumbell Shrugs x 1

    good luck with whatever you do, go hard for 3 months and them have a week off.
