i do abbs seven days a week i do split training week days so i do my abbs and cardio every morning i always try and do 1000 sit ups every day from all diffrent angles and i have found that my abbs are bigger and better than ever before and i have lost inches of my stomach, but i am not loseing any muscle i have been doing this for about 3 months now so how much is to much, i read in the arnold bible that you should be doing abbs every day he did and look at the results.
