    tricep workouts

I need some good tricep workouts so i can build them up more. im thinking about adding them on to my monday's workout which goes like this: bench 6-5-4-3, decline 3x6, incline 3x6, db bench 3x6, and skull crushers. i was thinking about adding close grip bench but i wasn't sure if that was more chest or tris. Any help would be appreciated, thanx

Close grip bench is one of the staples of my routine. Typically I vary the weight and volume to keep the tris confused. No more than 3-4 hard sets and you will feel it. For me it works the horseshoe//inside portion of the tri the most but your entire tri will feel it. As always, what works for one may not work for another. Here is a cool link they may also give you some additional tri exercies. http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/exercise1.htm

    Cool

I third that motion, bro. Close grip bench press with a knerling bar is the best exercise to build your tri's. Followed by skull crushers and push downs and end with kick backs for shaping.

Try www.trulyhuge.com for some more pretty good tips.
