    lat workout free weights only....????

    i need a workout for lats, free weights only as i do my wokouts at home... all i have is a bench and loads of free weights......anyone?

    I would have to say weighted pull ups.

    I would also go wide grip on your pullups. Don't focus on adding weight to your pullups until you can do a solid 10-12 reps for 4 sets with good form, with only a maximum break period of 90 seconds per set.

    Mate, get a dipping belt,,, load it and do wide pull ups when your ready strenth wise,,,,

    bent over rows(barbell, dumbbell), pull ups(try different grips)
