I just recently finished a cyle of deca 300. I was very pleased with the gains. Now I am looking to cut weight. Im not looking to cycle anything right now. I first run for about 20 minutes. Then I go straight to a circuit workout. My problem is that my muscles get too fatigued. I was wondering if anybody had any suggestion for a good circuit routine or anything else that would help cut fat. My goal is to cut as much fat as possible, but trying to keep as much muscle as possible.
