im starting cardio now, bout 30min/day, plus im trying this new workout, called 'german volume training' to keep muscle and add some while i hit cardio. my question is, has anyone tried this german training, and should i add anything to it, or should i f#*k it and go high reps plus cardio. my stats now are 6'0, 201, 13%. i want to add definition, not shredded, definition without losing too much, any help would be greatly appreciated guys...
