I am working out too much??
Is my workout schedule no good? too much? The only reason i work out like this is because of my work schedule but i guess i could change it.
Mon - Back (cardio)
Tues - Legs (cardio)
Wed - Back
Thurs - Shoulders (cardio)
Fri - Biceps, Triceps (cardio)
Sat - Rest (cardio)
Sun - Rest

replace one of those back days for a chest day and you have a good program to work with.
