hey bros, just wondering, I havent worked out in about 3 weeks due to the fact that my mom had a stroke and I had to take care of her for a while, I have been working out very intensly for the the last 6 months, since I havent been working out, I have been eating really crappy foods, pizza, burgers, etc.. how much will this effect me, I am planning on starting up again but am wondering if I have to start over again, low weights, etc. or should I just jump right into the weights I was lifting before???

just 3 wks, you shouldn't be too far off from where you left. just start off a little low and see what you can do. you'll be right back where you were before you know it. good luck--Epic
