    orden of your exercises

    Hi there! i'm new to this board, but i'm shure here i'll find all the answers that i've been looking for.
    my first question: in wich orden do you make your exercises? for example biceps workout, i can manage more weight with concentration curls that hammer curls or standing curls, so should i start with concentration curls to do more weight? or doesn't matter the orden?

    if you are trying to grow...stick with basic movements first...but at the same time you have to keep switching it up to keep the muscles guessing! So the answer is both.
