    muscle spasms

    I just did crazy pushups and pullups, burning me pretty good, and about 20 minutes after, my arms just started semi shaking, even though I was keeping still...like little muscle spasms.

    anyone know whats up?

    i get those from time to time. feels wild don't have a clue what causes them.
