I'm with jimmy on this one......WTF was the question? A sore bone? I didn't realize a person could mentally touch base with their bones to realize when they're sore. I've had sore boners in the past........but not bones, like leg bones! LMAO......

I have the same problems with my legs and arms.. mostly really bad shin/leg splints. if i lightly tap my shin i feel pain. So far I have been unable to fix these issues but im about to start taking flax and a joint support supplement really soon. hopefully it helps.

Buy some kind of glucosamine. Tri Flex isn't bad. It is a little high, but I think it might help your problem.

Well then I really feel for you bro! it holds me back big time! I'll let you know if I find a way to fix/deal with it. Taking alot of time off helps the pain go away but as soon as I start physical activity it comes right back. Let me know if you find anything helpful also.
