training split
O.K fellas Answer me this Question? Is it better to wake up Go to the Gym and do cardio then come back home then go back to the gym later to lift. Or is it best to just do cardio and lift when i go in the morning?

i know for me here in a few months when i start to try and cut down a little body fat, i'll be running in the morning before i eat breakfast, and then regain my energy throughout the day (with naps of course) and hit the gym up at night.

I'm with key on this one, except my cardio will either be powerwalking or light jogging. Depends on how i feel and how badly i need it.
