    mon=chest and bis
    tues=back and tris
    wed=rest
    thurs=legs
    fri=shoulders and traps

    when shoudl i add biceps in again? if it wouldnt be a bad thing to work them out twice a week....

    What does your chest/bis day look like? I've found that you can't train all muscle groups the same way. Just because you do say 3 sets for chest doesn't mean that 3 sets will be enough for your biceps. If you are training like that try changing the way you work your biceps.

    Well, I had the same question before. But my trainer told me that he wants me to hit every muscle twice a week except for my shoulders. I guess that's because we use our shoulders a lot.

    its not my bicep workout that im questioning, i hit them hard just liek every other body part, moved them to chest day so i could ht them evn harder then i was on back day. i was just wondering if working them out twice a week would hinder gains. i dont want to overtrain. whates everyones opinions on working out muscle groups more then once a week??? dont forget im taking aas, so it may help me recover a bit faster then normal.

    i train every bodypart twice a week except delts it works out fine , each part gets 3-4 days rest before workin it again , train chest n tri , back n biceps , quads hams clvs , delts n traps .
    3 exercises per part for 4 sets of 8-10 reps pyramided to failure.

    i used to train each part once a week , got slow growth , this way my arms are over 18" almost 19" all gear free ...........remember the champs back in the days all trained each part twice a week , all had good arms , gear use was limited , no gh , no insulin .

    its your call.

    F'nJact: You got some serious typing problems

    If you`re on a cycle you could do biceps twice a week

    My opinion is you'll never know until you try.

    Just this past summer, i worked out twice a day, 6 days a week. I noticed some good gains.
    Now i'm in college, sometimes it takes 2 weeks to work out my entire body once, but i'm still noticing gains.

    My personal opinion is if u want something to get big, do it first in your workout, but i really think the best thing to do is just create an entire workout where u just concentrate on that part and put full intensity in it. Also work it out first thing in the week when u're fresh. Also mix up the exercises and order in which u do them every workout. About once every month i would do a shock workout where u just go allout crazy on it. These are only a few suggestions, there are several other things u can do.
