Alright, I hate my F'N legs! Just to start, but I tell you what I love working them and I here's what my workout looks like right now, (monday and then quad -wed/ham-thurs/calves - fri along with my other workouts) what do you think.
Yesterday I did:
Squat: 135-15, 185-15, 225-12, 275-12, 315-10(could have done 12 with out help) 225-20, 185-20, 135-20
Romanian Deads - 135-15, 155-12, 175-12, 185-10
Leg curls - 4 sets
Leg extension 4 -sets
Calves - seated 4 - sets 90 - 20, 115 - 15, 135 - 15, 160 - max
standing - 450 - 20/15/12/10/max
I really want bigger legs, I'm really loving leg day! Unfortunately, I can't do presses or hacks right now because I have a hip flexor. and they kill me. I bring my knee's to my chest and go deep on hacks.
