There might be something odd out there that u can do, but i think that most of the responses are gonna tell u that there is no such thing as spot reducing.
Practice cussing out your parents EOD. :lol:
Seriously dude. Your genetics determine how your body weight is distributed. Lose bodyfat in general to lose the extra chin. Even if you are already lean - that is where your body unfortuantly is storing fat. If you do not want to lose fat - again... cuss out your parents ED.
