Advice on my routine
175 lbs., 10%bf, and looking to add mass for next football season
All sets 4 sets 5-8 reps. Except supersets only 3 sets
S-1 (1st superset) S-2 (2nd superset)
Day 1
Chest-
Dips
Flat bench
S-1 (Cable Flys)
Incline Bench
Decline
S-1 (Pullovers)
Day 2
Bi's & Tri's-
Preacher Curls
Hammer Curls
Wide Grip BB curls

Well, first off, where are back, legs, and shoulders? If you are a football player, you especially need to have strong legs.
Really, the exercises you do depend on what position you play. After you post that, you can proabably get some more useful information. By your stats, I'm guessing you're a defensive back, or possibly a linebacker (if you go to a small school, hehe).

You need a whole new routine bro. Like Strut said you're not doing back, legs, and shoulders...
