Totally agree that you can overtrain while on gear. I see it with many guys at my gym. You have to get the whole package (diet, training and rest) together to take advantage of AS.

what is does your current workout look like? Remember you workout might be right..but you may be doing other physcial activites that add to that, plus you diet may be off even though you may think it not and what about your rest. How much quality sleep are you getting each night? These are all factors in overtraining.

I would drop one drop one exercise off the major muscle groups Chest, back, shoulders with the exception of legs. ANd aslo drop one off your bis and tris. It just seems to me that you are doing way to many sets for the muscle groups. You exercises, rep ranges, and number of sets for the given exercise are good...just too many exercises. Try that for a couple of weeks.

The one thing I see lacking though is legs. Expecially calves. These babies are stubborn in most people and 2 sets is not going to cut it. And you only have 1 hamstring exercise. Don't neglect them our you will start to look unsymetical in you legs. Add stiff legged deadlifts to your hamstring routine.

    This should get you started.
