Bicep Question ?!?!?
Ok, when i flex my bicep muscle makes the bump on top, not defined very well, but anyways, if you look from above you can see that when the muscle is contracted it bulges out to the side more the it does on the top.... what exersize do i do to work out the peak and not the inner muscle... ???

Imagine doing a double bicep flex but inside the cable machine holding a cable with each hand. That is what they are talking about.

Bare in mind too that most of your muscular shape is based on your genetics - no two pro Olympias look the same...
Your profile says you have only been training for 5 months and your still young. Give it time... with proper hypertrophy and muscle maturity you should work past it. Be sure your Biceps routine continues to begin with a compound Bicep exercise and work in these recommended movements on machines as finishing movements...
Basically, if your upper is still under 16 inches don't expect to have a Bicep peak like Arnold...

Doing both at the same time makes it easy to balance, I think you would have a very hard time doing one at a time. But I don't see why doing them one at a time wouldn't as well as doing them both at the same time.

A similar free weight version of these are Lying Dumbell Curls. Lying down on a bench and hanging your arms off the bench to curl the dumbells. You get a good squeeze. BUT this free weight version is only good if you have decent Bicep development already. So work in the cable version for now.
