3 or 4 sets does't cut if for me!
I have to do about 8 sets for my arms and chest to even get them to grow, does anyone else have this problem?
And yes, I practice good form and weight.

it works for me,, but am I overtraining?

I think you answered your own question there, if it works for you and your growing then your not overtraining.

I know what ya mean bro, have a hard time stopping after 3-4 sets. I think the key is going to failure. Plus I just love being in the gym!

3-4 sets actually works for people?? i couldn't imagine going less than 12 till failure...thats just me right,wrong or otherwise

I do 8-10 sets for shoulders. 5-6 for everything else.

4-5 sets is not enough for me either. I could prolly grow on that, but i feel i get the best results with at least 6 sets. Anything less feels like a warm-up.
