i'm bored so here's my workout.. any suggestions would be appreciated
first off, i'm 20 years old (almost 21 :D ), 5'7, 177lbs (as of yesterday), 19% bf.. yikes.. i know. anyways right now i'm trying to bulk up some before i lose the fat, cuz i really dont care. lol, girls dig the beer belly for some reason. i'm taking in about 3200cals/day, high carb/mod fat/mod protein diet, workin out 5 days a week.
mon - chest
tue - back
wed - rest
thur - shoulders
fri - legs
sat - arms
sun - rest
i'm currently taking creatine, protein, multivitamin, and the occaisional EC, usually before a leg workout or maybe chest. sometimes i'll do like 15 mins of jumping rope after a workout (not on leg day tho) if i have the energy. i do NOT have any AS experience, except for a clen cycle a few months ago. :wg: 2 years ago i was 215lbs @ 28% bf, now at 177lbs @ 19%... any critiques would be great, if it wasnt for the people on this board and a few others, i dont think i'd be where i am now, which is getting me closer to my goals. thanks y'all.
