Planning a Workout Routine
I have been working out for 2yrs lifting heavy weights and haven't really ever stuck to a certain routine, I'd go to the gym hit up some bench, do some curls, rows, tricep curls, lat pull downs, leg extintions, leg curls, and leg press and occasional abs. I've done this about 3-6 times a week the past 2 yrs. I thought about getting some gear but I think since I'm still a teen that my test levels are high enough that I can do anything If I get on the right routine and put my mind to it. I was wondering if you guys could design a workout chart for me, something that I could keep to and get my workout down. I got my diet in order now all I need is a good routine. any help and comments are appreciated.
Thanks

Try doing one body part a day:
Like:
Mon: Chest
Tues: Back
Weds: Legs
Thurs Shoulders and Traps
Fri: Arms
Try doing all sets till failur. It's gonna take awhile till you learn what weights you should use on each exercise but and also the right amount of sets and reps etc...
Do you need help on what exercise's to do etc??
