    fatloss! Need some help!!!!

    here it is people. I'm 5'9 i weigh 185 lbs and am about 18% bf. I carry alot of my weight around my stomach. the infamous spare tire. on march 15 i'm going to cancun for spring break. So my question is is it possible to cut my body fat % in half by that time. I plan on starting a low-carb diet along with weights and a ton of cardio. so if you got any advice i would greatly appreciate it.

    Do your cardio in the a.m. before you eat anything....

    Like MBaraso said, do the cardio first thing in the morning before eating and cut back on the carbs a bit and up the protein some. But patience is the key.....don't get discouraged! It all won't happen overnight.
