    Bengay while lifting

All right this will probably be a stupid question but I need some opinion.

Has anyone ever tried using Bengay during a painful routine? If so, are there risks or benefits? I tried some on my biceps last night and it took the pain away for the remainder of my curls. In fact, I could crank out a couple more reps than usual. The pump factor was kickin' and I focused better on technique because I wasn't struggling with pain. Morning came and my bi's are sore as hell.

I know it can't be that easy so there has to be a downfall. If anyone has insight please let me know if I'm wasting my time or not.

    ----"How long?

    I couldn't resist.
    Anyways,
I've heard of some people who have used before and they like it. I think there might have been a thread about this in the PL forum about 4 months ago.

I might try that on my leg extensions. After squats and lunges, my legs burn so much that I've almost puked in my lap while doing them. Puking on the way out the door is fine but I don't want to be driving 30min. home smelling partially digested protein and oatmeal.

it doesn't really affect you in a negative way after wards, it increases blood flow to the spot that is trouble some, i'd say go for it and use, but don't get or start to feel mentally addicted to it
    peace
