Lat Pull Down - Form ?
At an old gym i went to it had a poster and said not to pull the bar behind your head, at the new gym i go to almost every guy pulls it behind their head, is this bad for you or was my old gym just dumb ?

they are just trying to prevent shoulder injury. behind the head puts more stress on it.
it pinches your super spinatus in between your chromium & humerous ( did i spell all that shit right ?? )

Used to do them always to the front. Think of them as doing a wide grip pullup, heck ditch them and do wide grip pullups instead. I like to start my back workout out with 6 sets of 10.

That's cool, heck I think I started out doing like 3 sets of 6 and then just progressed. I need to get one of those belts so I can attach some weight.
You will be amazed at how fast you can get the sets and reps up, plus it sure feels great the next day. Good Luck.
