Tricep - long head isolations w/ dumbbells?
Is there any sort of exercise to isolate the longhead of the tricep using strictly free weights/dumbbells? Having a tough time getting them to pop...
I workout at home so I thought about investing in a pull down, but there are other things I have to attend to first....

I started doing this exercises because my long head is shit, making my tricep look really really girly from behind. Real girly.
You do a modified Double Arm Tricep Extension on an incline, but instead of keeping your elbows tight to the side of your head, make them go outwards. So you're kinda doing a diamond Push Up, but with a dumbell.
Hits it well, and I find you can go some heavy-ass poundage while doing it.
