Thread: mass lifting?

hey guys i just got off my week off and now i am looking to start putting on more mass. i only have 3 days to lift. that is monday, wensday, and friday. so far all i do is monday- back and triceps wensday- shoulders and legs friday i do chest and biceps. If this is a $hity workout please tell me so and help me out! like i said im trying to put on as muh mass as i can inbwteen now feb/march. if you guys can help me i would be very apreciative. thanks alot guys

i also take suppliments the only ones i take are methoxy pro, and zma. are there any others i should take? i greatly dislike creatine becuase i dont like loosing all the size i gained

How about a MultiVit, Vitamin C and Whey? Those should come well before what you are taking now...
Monday: Chest, Tri, Bi
Wednesday: Quads, Hams, Calves
Friday: Back, Delts, Abs
As in Deadlifts, Squats, Military Presses, Barbell Curls, Tri Dips, COMPOUND movements... EAT!

I would keep your rep range to 6-8 for 4 sets on each exercise with as much weight as possible.Eat sleep and eat again and again.

warrior and meklor thanks for the input...warrior how many exersizes should i do for each body part like u listed up there?
