    Running At Night?

I'm not sure withthis, I've heard it's best to run in the morning on an empty stomach, but what would be the effects of running at night(Aside from heavily stained B.O. marks on your bed sheets)?

I'm not sure what effects you're expecting to hear about? It's running, just at night I used to prefer it, no sun in your eyes, no car exhaust (i used to go at midnight), no bother! Being a night person helps...

When I said effects I meant like the fat being burned off and all "that".

There's good times to run and bad times, which is it.

Most people seem to agree that for best results you should run first thing in the morning on an empty stomach (for fat burning, that is).
