    Need Reasurence!!!!

OK ya'll this weird......I've looked into my diet alot and have it down pretty good. My workouts are solid and I've been off gear for going on 5 months now (financial reasons) anyway i hit a plateau of 230 lbs. I dropped to 228lbs and wasn't gaining any weight or strength. My calories are good and so is my protein intake. My bf% was increasing some so I started doing cardio first thing in the morning. Well I took the advice of some and started changing up my workouts some. I switch the exercises for each body part up each week. Well in just 2 weeks I've gone from 228 to 232lbs (weighing in the morning before I eat). But my waist line isn't any bigger and my wife swears that I look leaner. I swear I'm not on any gear. But is it possible to loose bf and gain 4 lbs of lean body mass in only a couple of weeks without AS. Some guys at the gym are pretty amazed as so am I. Just looking for some thoughts on this.

Anythings possible. I would bet that a simple change in your diet(something you didn't notice) lwered your sodium and your H2O retension went down causing a look of being more cutt.

Now the changes in workout could definately render a gain in muscle. i find that shocks in the routine can greatly up your progress. A combination of those 2 could impact your physique in a substantial way

Thanks Pheedno! The only thing different in my diet is the brand of protein I'm using. I was using GNC's brand whey protein and now I'm using that PRO-RATED from allsportsnutrition. At least that i can tell.
