    Question Does anyone know...

    ...what the strength ratios should be in the body?

    My Chest and triceps are much stronger than my back and biceps. Should chest and Back be equal in a 1:1 strength ratio? What about tris and bis?
    I don't want to ease my chest training to bring my back up, but I hate the inequality. I could really use some knowledge on this so I don't continue the imbalance.

    I don't believe there is a set strength ratio. Everyone is slightly different. I assume you're saying the inequality in strength and not in size. Ask the question differently and you may get more answers.
