If you're going to bulk I wouldn't do any cardio unless you feel it's a must than maybe 3x a week at no more than 20-30 minutes. I've found that that works for me as long as I'm eating clean. As for abs hit 'em eod if you can.
cardio in my experience during a bulking phase
i pefer performing cardio when i feel my bodyfat level is getting to high
or like the texan said 3 times a week isnt uncommon keeping heart rate at a 60-75 max for 20-30mintues
