need some help
I think my biceps have gotten used to the routine ive Peaked heh
I need a good shock routine anybody have a really good one?

whats your stats,diet and workout now?
maybe with this info we can put something together for ya

yeah give us your normal routine and well evaluate. or maybe thats the problem...a normal routine. i tend to have about 12 or so exercises and only do half of em one week and other half the next. of course some core ones i always use are barbell curls.
