Thread: newbie workout?

i was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. i just started and need a good rutine, or a place to find one. diet stress and cardio have lost me 90 lbs, now i want to keep in the fitniss zone but need a real workout. my goals are strength , a solid and tone form. I am not looking to be huge just a little more then fit. i need legstrength for balance(for kendo) and have always wanted my short sleaves to hug my arms hehe thank you

You could start with basics pullups, curls, squats. Use weights that are a challenge to lift. Also, take in enough calories so that you will gain instead of losing.
