running after working out
Is it bad or good to run after working out? Its easy for me to just work out for an hour and then go on the treadmill for 20 min, im working out 5 days a week...let me know guys

i heard it is good to do it after lifting. not as good as in the morning before breakfast

before you get on the tredmill down some amino's 0 carbs i think you will be fine, and then your post workout nutrition after tredmill.
and if you want even better/quicker results jog in morning on empty.
