HI GUYS, I HAVE A QUESTION, WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND TO GAIN MORE MUSCLE, WORKING OUT ONE MUSCLE A DAY, FOR EXAMPLE MONDAY CHEST, TUESDAY SHOULDERS.......OR IN COUPLE LIKE CHEST AND ARMS.........
I KNOW THE REST, EATING RIGHT, PLENTY OF SLEEP, ETC...

different strokes for different folks. just gotta see what your body responds to.

Just like everyone else said, trial and error, and everyone responds differently. Best thing is to keep your mind open and be willing to change and try different things. Also workout with as many different training partners as u can because u will learn alot, everyone does things just a lil differently. Eventually u will figure it out.

To gain more muscle? Train at your level. Don't do an advanced routine when you are a beginner and don't do a beginnner split when you should be training advanced.
The biggest mistake is newbies picking up a FLEX (BTW - I hate that mag) magazine and doing a split for an advanced trainee - train for your level to grow the fastest.
