    how do know if your calves are to small???

    someone told me that your calves should be the same thickness as your neck

    Ideally, same size as your arms. IDEALLY. I guess just look in the mirror and see how proportioned you are.

    Wow... never noticed that b4. My calves are 18" and arms are 19" - and I have been hitting calves harder more recently - I know they need to ketchup.

    ya shit, mine too calves are 1 inch smaller then my arms

    yep, me too ... but since calves are tougher to grow, I'm glad I have some "growing room"

    My calves are 3" bigger than my bi's... I'm *always* tellin' my trainer I really don't need to bulk 'em. Now I feel pretty justified!

    When my arms were 16", my calves were 16". When my arms were 17" my calves were 17". When my arms were 18" my calves were 17". Now the arms are up to 18.6" and the calves are still 17".

    I think the old rule of thumb was that arms, calves, and neck should all be the same size. At least my neck is even with my arms...
