    Bodybuilding Program

    Does anyone know where I can get an Bodybuilding program sheet that shows how to do the excercises and how many reps...etc? I have done a few of them but its time to switch it up again. I just ened a simple workout program sheet or something. Best regards

    Also, I am looking for weight-gain bulking program but if anyone knows of any that has programs for other wrokouts... that would be better. Best regards

    SIMPLE:: "deadlifts", followed by back routine, "flat bench", followed by chest routine, "squats" followed by leg routine, "power cleans", "good mornings", followed by shoulder routine, "skull crushes", followed by tricepts routine, "barbell curles", followed by bicept routine! IN a select order so that u dont have soor tricepts before benching etc. Read a book on powerlifting or bodybuilding, power exersises such as the ones in " " r the best for any bulking routine, heavy and hard. GO TRAIN,, NOW!! BIG-G
