old workout:
m - chest
t - back/traps
w- off
th- legs
f - shoulders/bi's/tri's
weekends off

how can i change this up? can i work each muscle twice a week?

is this overkill? i always have intense workouts but never get sore working one muscle per day. does this mean that i could hit them just as hard but twice per week?
