I had major gyno surgery about 4 years ago. I had it so bad that it stretched the skin under the pecs a bit. In certain positions you can see a slight role of loose skin and the nipple sort of slides down lower than I'd like it to. Does anyone know of a routine to help lift the chest. I've tried declines and inclines and upright rows for years. It's not noticeable when I'm pumped up so I keep trying to build my chest. Please help set me on the right track, I don't want this to get worse as I get older. I was considering site injecting the pecs.
