    Recommend me some good cutting workout program

    Should be the same as your bulking one just that when you cut you eat 500 calories below maintenance. Cardio isn't necessary to lose weight but if you feel it is a must, then 2-3 times a weeek for 20-30 min is more than enough.

    Try looking up German Volume Training for some new cutting workouts. Its a fun switch to things. Its a high paced weight lifting program with slightly high reps. Adds nice shock to a routine also.

    Alot of the older pro's beleived in cutting workouts, and even now there are a few out there who use a cutting workout. I think nearly everyone uses the same workout though year round. Heck dexter jackson barely changes anything, he diets a lil bit, but the man doesn't do abs or cardio ever.
