Cant Grip the Bar - Whats the problem?

Aight - during any day when I'll pulling shit towards me, ie, lat/back days, my grip gets tired WAY before my muscles do. I cant hold onto the shit after 20-30 minutes and gotta stop, forearms too tired and I cant hold on anymore.

WTF?! What should I do, my lats/back are suffering from this, any suggestions?

Exactly. Your forearm muscles are a much smaller muscle group than you lats. IMO - if you want a big back you got to use wraps. Just don't neglect working your forearms seperatly.

Wrist wraps are a good investment. Only cost about 3 dollars at Wal-mart.

Awesome, thanks guys. That's sorta what I was thinking... never used them, so wasn't sure of the exact use. Thx again. Kiddies...take note, wrist wraps for hardcore lats.

Try working your forearms more so you can build a better grip.

What does your back routine look like? I used to be like you, my forearms would fail first before anything. But heavy rows and deadlifts have strengthened my grip.

The above is one of the best ways to build your grip.
