    Thats it.Make sure to take each and every set to complete failure or you wont see the results. This is a great way to train for mass .I think overtraining is the #1 reason guys dont grow as fast as they should .Now if your useing gear thats differant guys not useing the juice try to keep up with the same workouts as the pros they see in the mags .Its perfect though supps are a huge buisness and if the mags can keep a guy in overtraining they will turn to supps vs changeing there workout .So when guys are working their but of in the gym and seeing slow results they think that they should go out and buy some Nitro tech

    I use the hit type program and it works .Short but very intinse workouts is all it takes 1-2 sets max per bodypart 7-9 reps get in get out and grow
