    about ab routine

    i need a fast way to get abs im almost there its just that im wondering if i have to do cardio in order to get them and how many days a week should i work them out and what foods not to eat

    I believe that abs should be worked ed. Mine respond well to this. also yes IMO cardio is nessary if you want to see them.

    I train abs 3 times a week. usally 3 exercises 3 sets each. rep range from 15-25. It really all comes down to your body fat. A really low bf can make poorly developed abs look great. keep at it and dont over train.

    I agree with you 100% except for 1 thing. I do not believe abs or calfs can be overworked. They are cardio muscles and as such can be worked ed. I have been praticing this for many years.
