    old injuries?

hey all...just wondering if anybody in here is a trainer or has had this prob...i'm lookin for the best way to fix it...

i have this old ankle problem...started about half way through my softball season about 7 years ago and fires back up when i run or walk fast...treadmill or street...i'll just try to explain it

pain starting between my last two toes, running up my foot and round the bottom outside of the round ankle bone(on the outside) and eventually runs all the way up my calf

    any ideas??

possible nerve damage, you might have a pinched nerve

did something happen to cause it ? or did it just start ?

but I have flat feet, we are equally disabled LOL

my feet are so flat, that I don't ruin the soles of shoes, or blow out the toe, I start ripping the sides were there is supposed to be an arch ....
