Possible to get ripped only with cardio?
Im on a calore deficit plenty of protein, low carbs, plenty of healthy fats, and doing 45mins ed of light jogging with 3 100m sprints included.
Can I get ripped to 8% by doing ONLY this and no weights?
*I know - I havent been able to get to the gym lately.
What do you guys think

Bro Youve been typing this question in 32 different formats for a while.
I really think you know what it takes to lose the bf..
YES cardio while take off the BF but DIET and LIFTING will complete the process.

Well not really they all had something different you can check - butif its annoying you its cool man i think once i get this one cleared up thatll be the last one ( i hope for your sake

I you are trying to just loose weight yeah but you need to add weightlifting to actualy have someting to ripp up
