    About target heart rate....

Ok you know how they got those THR zones on the cardio machines. Is it bad if you go above the THR for cardio (mine's like 170 or somethin) ??

Well its not bad but after a certain amnout of time its bad such as going over 45 mins, it will burn muscle fibers instead of fat. If your heart rate is over 190 check with your dr. I trained a guy his heart rate hit 200 on the bike after 5 mins, one of his ventricles opened and closed twice as fast as the others. Seroius heart condition.

For the record, I'm not saying that I'm out of shape and that my heart rate gets up to the 190 mark. Just was curious what would happen if you were running, and instead of running at a 170 HR, you ran a little faster and it was up above your mark.
